 Senior officer - IT Help Desk administrator

 Duties:

  • Support to end users
  • Administration of Active Directory in coordination with system administrators
  • Support in printer maintenance
  • Technical support in existing branches and opening of new branches
  • Technical support for external software

 Requirements:

  • Relevant University or College Degree
  • Working experience - 2 years
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products and network protocols
  • Conceptual knowledge of advanced services and systems (AD, SAN, VMware, Lotus, SQL, VoIP, etc)

Senior officer - IT controller

Duties:

  • Preparation of ORGA/IT budget, auditing and monitoring of budget realization
  • Preparation of business case calculation for projects
  • Participation in development and improvement of IT/Controlling function at Group level
  • Cooperation with financial controlling department and project management department

Requirements:

  • Relevant University or College Degree
  • Working experience - 3 years
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • A wide degree of creativity and aptitude is expected
  • High organisational and problem solving skills
  • Analytical and communicative

Senior officer - Data analyst

 Duties:

  • Analysis of data sources for reporting
  • Analysis of requests for reporting (internally, externally, NBS, NBA)
  • Control of requests for reporting within the IS of the bank
  • Technical support for application software
  • Manipulation of data with purpose of data analysis
  • Proposal of alternatives to existing requests for reporting

 Requirements:

  • Relevant University or College Degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience (banking experience is preferable)
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Familiar with accounting, statistical reporting and communication practices
  • Experience in SQL database management, spreadsheet development and automation
  • Organisational and problem solving skills

Officer - Lotus Domino

Duties:

  • Development of new programmes for business support
  • Adoption of Lotus Notes tools (produced by the Group or another company)
  • Creation of databases
  • Evaluation of new databases (internal/external)
  • Documenting development and projects

Requirements:

  • Relevant University or College Degree
  • Working experience - 2 years
  • Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with server clustering, troubleshooting and replication is mandatory  
  • Extensive technical knowledge in troubleshooting, integration and migration of Domino server platforms.
  • Extensive experience with Domino replication, SMTP, clustering, partitioning and multi-Domino domain mergers                 
  • Design and multi site installation, knowledge of data communications and networks is essential
