Executive Assistant
to support our Operations Team.
The position is remote
Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics
- Maintains executives' calendars, plans and schedules meetings, conferences, teleconferences, business trips
- Performs market research
- Produces high quality PowerPoint and Word documents
- Produces basic financial reports
- Operates data flow and data queries
- Maintains and improves customer relationship management tools
The candidate possesses:
- Advanced PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Advanced command of English
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Tech savvy (e.g. Wikipedia/databases)
