Account Director (Creative Department)

Required Qualifications and skills:

  • University degree;
  • Work experience in managerial positions for at least 5 years;
  • Highly developed communication, analytical and numerical skills, results driven, innovative person with clear commitment to business and the Company;
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of MS office package.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Development, implementation and execution of marketing plans to attract new clients and improving cooperation with current clients;
  • Manage, organize, monitor and coordinate business process with all assigned clients;
  • Monitor marketing trends and competition;
  • Maintain regular meetings with clients, with the following responsibilities:
  • Achieving adequate quality of products / services that ensures the realization of the client’s business objectives;
  • Quality of work and project management through:
  • Timely and clear communication with teams and clients;
  • Clearly set the timelines and deadlines for implementation;
  • Active participation in defining the strategy and preparing the presentation;
  • Clear and timely reporting of status, progress, results and deadlines.
  • Primary point of contact with the client (communication, presentation of the solution to the client, active presence at meetings with the client and up-to-date documenting meeting minutes);
  • Cost control within the account team;
  • Establishing the highest level of partnerships quality with clients;
  • Mentoring and providing professional support to co-workers on their working tasks with assigned clients;
  • Developing partnerships with managers of other sectors and subcontractors.
