To support our team at the new plant in Loznica we are currently looking for:
Accounts Payable Clerk
Loznica
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Handling cash reimbursement and bank settlement business, and conducting regular fund counting
- Check the balance of the deposit with the bank; and responsible for the control of the bank deposit balance; the fund balance shall be reported to the supervisor in time
- Properly keep relevant blank receipts, blank checks, acceptance bills and financial special seals, and the registration of check is complete
- Handling bank collection and payment and foreign exchange settlement business within the specified time, and timely reporting and filing in the foreign exchange inspection system
- Instantly prepare computer accounting vouchers according to the original documents that have been verified without errors, and ensure the original vouchers are safe
- Ensure timely and accuracy of creditor payments and accounts reconciliation
- Coordinate with external consultant for various issues
Requirements and skills:
- College degree or above, major in finance or accounting or related major
- More than one year experience in cashier, familiar with cash/bank collection and payment business, foreign exchange receipts and payments business, etc.
- Work precise and carefully
- Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, English can be used as working language
