Regional Manager
(Western Europe)
The candidate will be in charge for defined region within Western Europe covering and developing business in several countries.
Required qualifications and skills:
- University degree, preferable Economy, Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales (preferable sales of building material)
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Fluency in English
- Excellent with MS Office
- Valid driving license
Key Accountabilities:
- Identifying and addressing distributors’ and potential clients in defined European region
- Managing and developing of distribution network in region under his responsibility
- Responsibility and participation in creation and implementation of sales strategy in defined region
- In charge for planning and realization of sales activities and for achieving targets
- Constantly following ongoing regional projects in terms of new business opportunity
- Monitoring market development and competitive activities in defined region
- Organization and participation in trainings of distributors
- Distributor stock monitoring
- Planning and participation in organization of fairs and conferences
- Preparation of sales reports, planning and forecasting
- Responsible for monitoring of payments and collection of receivables
- Performs other duties as assigned
