Regional Sales Manager
Belgrade
Description:
- Organizing process of sales from a zero level
- Organizing effective development system for distributors in countries of ex-Yugoslavia
- Developing distribution channels in Balkan’s countries (achieving sales & distribution targets through effective execution of secondary sales & distribution programs, covering all cities, towns & oblast in the assigned Sales Region)
- Good knowledge and experience in the sales development in channels of traditional trade and HORECA in all countries of ex-Yugoslavia
- Managing effective territory development, developing of targeted distribution levels by product category, brand’s & SKU’s to increase market share
- Analyzing activity of distributors on sales & sub-distribution
- Analyzing financial reliability, distributors investment opportunity
- Developing & realizing plans of strategic company development in 8 Balkans countries
- Coordinating activity with Key Accounts clients & chains (negotiations on occurrence in a chain’s, contracts conclusion. Attracting new clients & developing attitudes with existing clients
- Budgeting sales volumes, drawing up sales budget on territory, on products, distributors and Key Accounts
- Implementing & coordinating launch plans, schemes for evaluating & motivating distributors & Key Accounts
- Controling of carrying out promo-actions, merchandising & coverage
Skills:
- Higher education (Sales Management, Distribution, FMCG)
- Experienced PC user - (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Internet Explorer, Outlook Express), drivers licence of a category "В".
- Good oral & writing English(Fluent). Good negotiation skills, Analytical skills, Practical creativity, Market orientation, Team commitment
