AREA/DISTRICT MANAGER
for the area of:
Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina
Position Summary:
- Communication and control with the Team of YamamaY
- Creating, leading, and training of Staff
- Realization of Sales plan
- Best sellers position by sales statistics
- Monitoring and control of the Franchising Brand rules and work procedures
- Shops to manage:
- Serbia: 3 shops in Belgrade, 1 shop in Nis, 1 shop in Novi Pazar
- North Macedonia: 3 shops in Skopije
- Republic of Kosovo: 2 shops in Pristina
Requirements:
- University preferable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in International Franchising Fashion Retail systems
- Experience in managing Staff (5/6 people per shop)
- Developed communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and organization
- Conscientious work performance
- Computer skills (MS Office)
- Excellent English (knowledge of Italian is a plus)
- Residence: Belgrade
