Assistant to Chief of Warehouse

Reports to: Chief of warehouse, General Manager and Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Working place inside plant
• If necessary, participate in drafting production plans
• Under the new plan production preparation work of the department of warehouse and packaging
• Organizes, coordinates and controls the work of the Department of warehouse and packaging during production of the plan
• Controls the correct operation of employees in the departments of packaging and storage
• Ensures timely packing and distribution of finished products to the warehouse as well as the timely loading trucks
• Organizes work on the loading of finished goods and work unloading of raw materials
• Monitors the status of production materials in the departments of packaging and warehouse and cooperate with the purchasing department, about the timely procurement of the same
• Organize the work schedule of employees in the departments of packaging and storage according to the needs of the production plan and in accordance with a weekly schedule of employees
• Respects and implements the standards, rules, procedures and guidelines of the Company and actively participate in decision, amend and implement them
• Respects and procedure documents ISO 9001: 2008 and HACCP
• Performs other duties by the order of director

Mandatory requirements:

• High school education, technical, technological or economic
• Knowledge of computer skills (MS Office package, Internet, other software necessary for the organization of the production process)
• English fluency
• Ability to work in teams, and the organization of work of employees within the warehouse
• Accountable to the immediate superior and director
