ASSISTANT
Job description:
- Organizing General Manager Agenda and maintaining MoM
- Performing all administrative duties in regards Management
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
- Office supplies management
- Handling HR issues – recruitment, contracts, declaration of employees
- Handling company’s payments and petty cash
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
Job requirements:
- University degree in social sciences
- Excellent knowledge of English and business correspondence
- Advanced user of MS Office
- Integrity, communication, autonomy in work, flexibility
- Working experience in similar jobs is preferable
