Talent Management Specialist
Location: Belgrade
We are looking for a new colleague for the Talent management position. Within this workplace, Talent Management Specialist will:
- Maintain and create relationships with existing and new clients,
- Be in charge for organizing of SHL portfolio trainings
- Do active promotion of Atria Talent management trainings
- Do active promotion of SHL portfolio of products,
Talent Management Specialist will work with regional, international and multidisciplinary team of associates (HR consultants, trainers, marketing team, ...) to develop effective and efficient solutions in order to improve customer relationships and improve business results.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities
- Daily communicates directly with new and existing clients
- Organize and conduct meetings with existing and new clients
- Produce bids according to the needs of clients
- Represent the company on external events - networking, conferences ...
- Establish and realize quarterly targets
- Make sure that all data in CRM are correct and up to date
- Work close with Atria Talent Management programs, SHL project managers
- Monitoring the results of development activities
- Participate in the creation and implementation of a marketing strategy for training programs
- Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets

Conditions:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of professional qualification - Psychology degree
- Excellent knowledge of psychometric tools
- Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Drive and Internet search engines
- Active use of LinkedIn and other social networks
- Developed the ability to identify the target group of clients and recognize the needs of clients
Work experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, team leading, preferably B2B sales services, HR services, etc.
