Back Office Business Analyst
Based in Serbia office (Belgrade)
Euronet Worldwide is seeking a Business Analyst with at least 2 years’ experience interfacing with .NET application development teams. This individual will work as a key member of the Back Office Business Analyst Team located in Belgrade, and will be responsible for generating requirements documents to be presented and processed by the Back Office development team for Euronet EFT.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Assist with Business case/Efficiency evaluations
- Soliciting requirements from users, translating and simplifying them into workflows
- Requirement Analysis and review
- Building work flow models for process communication exchange
- Building User interface mock-ups for visual communication exchange
- Testing of a feature delivery to ensure it meets the requirement
- Interaction with Development to ensure optimal reusability of existing capabilities
Requirements:
- College or University degree in Business or Information Technology
- Minimum 2 years working in Product feature investigative role
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL database access
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft .NET web application
- Fluency in English both verbal and written
- Analytical thinking for process flow definition
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Ability to work independently
- Part of probation period (few month) should be spent in the Euronet Hungarian office in Budapest
- Up to 20% travel potential within Europe and possibly India
Advantage:
- Experience interacting with software engineers
- Experience with ATM management, Cash management, Merchant Management, and/or transaction reconciliation
- Experience in Project Management
- ITIL/ISO 20000 sertificate
