Sales Representative Plastics

Job summary:

To sustainably secure and expand the market position of Bayer Material Science in the respective market, implementing sales excellence and profitable customer relationships for Plastics business of Bayer MaterialScience in Serbia and subsequently surrounding countries.

Main activities:

• Plan and prioritize sales activies of Polycarbonates to customers and potential new contacts
• Represent Business activities of Business Unit Polycarbonates at trade fairs
• Promoting Application and Product solutions to the market
• Annual Planning of Sales outlook
• Regular reporting on business and customer activities by means of internal systems
• Revising and proposing best channel to market
• Gathering of market and competitor intelligence
• Demand for customer support on technical support by colleague in Serbia or from Headquarter
• Regular trainings

Reports to:  Country Division Head

Indicators for job matching:

• Mechanical engineer or other technical University degree
• Experience in sales or plastics business
• Technical competence or interest in plastics raw material and the fascinating range of use for Polycarbonates
• International mind or experience
• Mastering English (and Slovenian, at best also German would be an advantage)
• Flexibility for high demand in national and international travel
• Good communicator and team player
• Motivated and dynamic self starter
• Driver’s licence
