Business Assistant

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, business administration, office/administrative management, or related area
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• English proficiency, German preferably

 Main responsibilities:

• Business communication and correspondence (by phone, fax, email, Internet)
• Orders and manages office supplies
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks
• Translating and typing documents
• Maintaining records and documents by designing efficient filling and retrieval system
• Support in organizing business trips (air ticket, accommodation etc.) when needed
• Scheduling and providing logistic support for meetings
• Providing active administrative support to technical department by administrating documentation and executing other admin tasks
