Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and help existing and potential clients with all bank related requirements
- Offering and selling services and products within incoming calls
- Delivering extraordinary customer experience through great quality and professional communication
- Performing all needed changes of customer’s data and products through the system
- Communicating with customers via live chat and email
- Keeping records of all incoming and outgoing calls and activities within customer's profile
- Selling bank products and services through outgoing calls
Requirements:
- Minimum High school degree
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Sales-minded work approach
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to learn and improve capabilities
- Goal oriented and competitive attitude
- Team orientation
- Inspiring way of thinking
- Banking/financial experience preferably
