Customer Care Manager

JOB SUMMARY
As Customer Care Manager, you would be responsible for delivering a top-quality customer service experience, while building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships at the same time.
Your responsibilities towards the customers:
- To serve as the lead point of contact
- To ensure the retention of customers by providing added value to their customer experience
- To meet and exceed customer expectations, while strengthening customer relationships
- To come up with a proactive approach for anticipating and addressing customers’ issues
- To identify and resolve customers’ issues in a timely manner
- To actively listen to the customers, understand their needs and empathize with any and all problems they might have related to the services provided
- To take care of day-to-day operations in the customer service department
Your responsibilities towards our company:
- To recognize upsell opportunities and work towards maximizing the revenue
- To create more efficient and straight-forward customer service procedures, polices and standards
- To improve customer loyalty program to best serve their needs
- To maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working at the same or similar position is obligatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Organizational Sciences will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, CRM and communication platforms
Skills
- Being well-presented, with strong correspondence and communication skills
- Ability to empathize and understand others’ needs
- Strong team player, self-managed and proactive
- Willingness to learn and being open to feedback
