As a member of our support team, your role includes: 

• Providing help and support for Netleaders and WebWallet customer base worldwide via ticketing and chat communication channels 
• Managing and updating customers’ accounts - Managing customers’ orders 
• Working closely with our development, event and marketing teams 
• Resolving issues our customers face on daily basis by following internal support team procedures 
• Working in daily shifts only, weekends included

We are looking for the following abilities and qualifications: 

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics by using common language 
• Excellent knowledge of English and another European or Asian language (Polish, Chinese and Japanese preferred, yet any other second language is appreciated) 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, advanced Internet usage and online support ticketing tools 
• The ability to work per established procedures yet to improvise to both customers’ and company’s benefit when needed 
• The orientation towards clients’ needs and the ability to empathize with customers are a must 
• The ability to adapt to challenges of a fast-changing work environment 
• Previous experience in customer service is a strong advantage 
• IT background is an advantage
