To support our team at the manufacturing plant in Novi Sad we are currently looking for:
CUSTOMER SUPPORT ENGINEER
Profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree – Technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive industry in similar positions
- Fluent in German and English language
- Advance MS Office
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems: ISO9001, TS 16949
- Knowledge of problem solving techniques: Statistics, 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting Delphi Customer for all Quality related issues (resident on Customer site)
- Collecting and analyzing problems together with the Customer and taking actions to solve problems and avoid a line stop due to quality reasons.
- Coordinating all Quality Improvements and verifying the effectiveness of solutions
- Initiating actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to product, process or system
- Adapting quality awareness to everyone who can affect the quality of Delphi products/process or system
- Working with preventive actions and continuous improvement
- Reporting Key Performance Indicators
