Responsibilities:
- Develops projects from concept to completion;
- Maintains control of project expenditures to avoid cost overruns;
- Supervise contractors and vendors to maintain control of project schedules and costs;

- Mentors and evaluates electrical engineering staff and design team;
- Works with project managers to assure work meets business needs, applicable codes and standards of quality;
Mechanical Engineer (m/f)
Germany
Responsibilities:
- Evaluates mechanical and electromechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs;
- Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods
- Develops mechanical and electromechanical products by studying customer requirements;
- Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for fabricating, building, assembling, and installing components;
- Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods;
- Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends;
- Provides engineering information by answering questions and requests;
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations;
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services;
- Maintains system and product data base by writing computer programs and entering data;
- Completes projects by training and guiding technicians;
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed;
Construction Engineer (m/f)
Germany
Responsibilities:
- Carries out various construction tasks by applying engineering principles;
- Finds the safest way of accomplishing various tasks;
- Figures out the most resourceful way of building structures;
- Chooses building materials;
- Assess whether the construction site is appropriate;
- Studies the clients’ requirements and suggest various ways to complete the construction projects;
- Prepares construction designs and blueprints;
- Works in coordination with the architects, urban designers, construction managers and project leads;
- Sets plans to complete the project as per the budget set by the client;
IT Manager/Specialist (m/f)
Germany
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that IT initiatives are prioritized and aligned with business strategies;
- Formulates strategic policies that can be transformed to actionable plans;
- Effectively manages the IT budget, including project-specific spending;
- Establishes alliances with other departments and external organizations to build partnership for IT initiatives;
- Ensures that IT systems are efficiently utilized to support operations;
- Ensures that IT people, systems and processes are able to respond to future business or technology requirements in an efficient manner;
- Ensures the professional development of the IT team;
- Promotes IT awareness within the organization;
General requirements for all positions:
- College or university degree;
- Good German language skills are necessary;
