Currently we are in search for candidates for the position of:
Demand Planning Executive, Central Europe Cluster
In this position you would be responsible for delivering and controlling assumption based Demand Plans while ensuring clear understanding of the demand plan for the Marketing team & the Top Management.
Key accountabilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of company KPIs, yearly operational brand & trade plans with performance monitoring and identifying issues and opportunities
- Responsible for the content of the Daily and Weekly Sales Reports, for delivering and controlling the demand plans and forecasting for entrusted end markets
- Providing the actual demand plan to the regional Strategic Planning & Insights and to the Supply Chain teams, making it visible and understandable for the top management, marketing and finance teams
- Providing volume scenarios based on various assumptions
- Supporting preparation of business cases by volume prediction
- Supporting company growth by challenging the status quo, identifying business relevant opportunities & issues
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field
- At least two years’ experience in Demand Planning, preferably in an international FMCG company
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent computer literacy (Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent English knowledge
