Doka is a leading international company with headquarter in Austria, specialized in formwork technology in the construction industry. For building of our new Serbian subsidiary in Šimanovci we are looking for a
Site Manager
for a period of ten to twelve months.
Requirements:
- Completed education in civil or structural engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction manager in construction / civil engineering
- Wide knowledge in concrete technology
- A lot of experience in building supervision
- A lot of experience in turn-key projects
- Good knowledge of occupational safety
- Good organization and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of contract law and construction contract correspondence
- High proficiency in claim management
- Good negotiation skills
- Safe handling of conflict situations
- Secure command of MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good knowledge of MS Project Software
- Active knowledge of English, knowledge of German would be an advantage
