Key responsibilities:
- Organizing administrative activities for smooth
office operations
- reception desk
- office maintenance, equipment & supplies
- Sales and marketing support
- travel arrangements
- internal approval processes ownership and follow-up
- documentation retention
- Accounting and employee administrative support
Minimum requirements:
- Proven professional experience in a similar positions
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
