Performance Content Publisher (Junior) — Belgrade (on-site)

We are looking for a creative and efficient person who wants to grow in a digital environment by building landing pages, visual content, and short videos. You’ll work with a small team that provides direction, while you handle content production: web pages, visuals, videos, and copywriting.

Responsibilities:

• Create landing pages and simple one-page websites using CMS/website builders
• Update and maintain web content based on guidelines
• Basic image editing for ads and landing pages
• Prepare short videos (editing, voiceover, AI-generated or sourced footage)
• Write concise, sales-oriented copy
• Develop simple storytelling concepts
• Fast, high-quality content production for campaigns
• Collaborate with the team and follow creative direction

Requirements:

• Basic image editing (Photoshop, Canva, Photopea, etc.)
• Basic video editing (Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, etc.)
• Basic use of CMS/website builders (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix…)
• Familiarity with AI tools (text, visuals, video)
• Understanding of clear landing page structure
• Creativity and independent execution
• Organized, precise, efficient
• Junior experience preferred (small projects acceptable)
