JOB DESCRIPTION

• Checks and maintains the location, building, equipment and infrastructure functionality and fill in the functionality parameters in the related documents, according to preventive maintenance plan
• Solves corrective problems/requests related to facility area
• Summarizes the findings and propose corrective measures
• Propose technical improvements in own area of responsibility
• Collects the measurements data for energy consumption (electrical, methane gas, water and nitrogen, others)
• Responsible of emergency intervention, in order to solve critical breakdowns of the location, building, equipment and infrastructure
• Keeps the documentation of intervention according to the Maintenance procedure
• Ensures that all the company cars are maintained according to company cars procedure, and internal requirements
• Implements and maintains 5S standards in all technical areas.
