in order to develop and expand his business is looking for  

JUNIOR MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

Responsible for improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality
by analyzing new methods and cost reduction activities in the following areas

 Manufacturing Engineer

• Manage the overall working process
• Assure the realization of the production goals assigned
• Carry out corrective intervention against the shifting with respect to the objectives of quality/product
• Constantly monitor the level of the service concerning the logistic and technological factors.

Purchasing Dept

• Evaluation and selection of relevant suppliers based upon cost and performance.
• Lead cost reduction programs with plants and vendors to reduce cost and/or increase value for money.
• Implement and assist with formulation of purchasing policy and planning
• Negotiating and administration of purchasing contracts  

 
Work Analyses

• Analyze various elements of the Manufacturing production to determine capabilities, cost reduction and/or methods to obtain process control and efficiency
• Verify/consolidate the requirements of the operational units for budget./forecast/ rolling at Plant level.
• Analyze gap between available and required workforce proposing appropriate corrective actions (internal mobility, make-buy, temp agencies...) to assure the necessary workforce.
• Evaluate future demand, forecast forward planning requirements of workers.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Flexible approach to work 
• Motivated and results orientated
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good understanding of profit / loss calculations and basic business finance

Education and Experience

• High school degree in mechanical /electrical engineering
• One / two or more years of experience working in an industrial machine manufacturing environment
• Serbian/ English language mandatory; very beneficial the knowledge of other languages.
