For our Client, a successful domestic production company, Adecco is searching for qualified and motivated candidates for the following position based in Kragujevac:
Finance Director
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of financial standards and regulations
- Strong computer and database skills
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, knowledge of German preferable
Main responsibilities:
- Organize, direct and coordinate all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the company
- Lead and optimize the treasury management and local relations with banks
- Manage the budget process
- Preparation of financial reports and projections
- Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
- Preparation and monitoring of standards and objectives of key performance indicators in the field of finance and accounting
- Manages, motivates, coaches and sets goals for Finance team to deliver the highest levels of performance
- Cooperation with auditors, banks, tax authorities, etc.
