Forecasting, Planning and Scheduling Specialist
Belgrade
Responsibilities:
- Creating long and short term contact volume forecasts for Contact Centers
- Creating accurate scheduling according to forecasted volumes and expected influences
- Ensuring that defined targets and KPIs are met by intraday monitoring and making adjustments as needed
- Regular reporting on observed trends, contact drivers, performance gaps, and performance management improvement
- Ensuring that SMS broadcasting process in everyday business is executed in accordance with defined rules and conditions
- Leading continious improvement of forecasting, scheduling, analytics, performance and workforce productivity
- Parttaking in projects and initiatives as a Customer Care forecasting and planning specialist
Responsibilities:
- University degree or Higher Education Diploma
- Fluent in English
- Advanced MS Office user
- Experience in customer care and with WFM applications would be considered as an advantage
- Analytical, punctual and organized personality
- Service minded and customer focused
