Business Analyst

Location:  Belgrade, Serbia

Job Description:

To utilize proven high level knowledge of securities finance and money market products (repo, stock loan, and money market instruments) as well as some knowledge of Martini, if possible. The successful candidate would work closely with the BA Team Leader and Global Account Manager, to manage all client needs from writing functional specifications, dealing with bugs and prioritizing needs. The job may also entail some pre-sales work, demonstrating the system to potential clients, attending conferences etc.

Specific Duties:

• Be an expert in the Repo/Stock Loan financing business
• Produce functional specifications for the development group to bridge any gaps in the functionality
• Keep abreast of changing business needs and pro-actively arrange development of the products to provide for these changes
• Provide pre-sales support to the Sales Manager, BA T/L and GAM in making demonstrations of the system to prospective clients (typically global business managers)
• Advise the QA/testing teams to ensure your requirements are met

Prerequisite Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business, economics or mathematics
• Proven years in a similar position within the financial markets is essential
• Good knowledge of English language
