What you’ll be doing:
- Provide Customer Support experience to players, assisting them with game-related questions.
- Use your investigative skills and troubleshoot players’ queries via a ticketing system.
- Support players through e-mail. You will not take any phone calls/chats!
- Check updates & newly released content for the game you’re supporting.
- Take assigned training modules to help you improve even further in your job.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have a high level of French, or German with excellent written skills, in addition to English.
- The ability to craft messages that are personal, professional, friendly, and engaging.
- Ability to review the information and make a good decision for the business, as well as the customer.
- Strong analytical, and decision-making abilities, and lateral thinking capacity to readily offer clients innovative solutions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to Haves:
- Initial experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with an online component, or in a role with transferable skill sets.
- Experience with ticketing systems, such as Zendesk.
- Understanding of internet security basics including 2FA, phishing, proxies, and social engineering.
- Good understanding of Old-School RPG account management processes.
- Desire to develop your career, get involved, and seize opportunities to take on new tasks and challenges.
