Requirements:
- Fluent in German or French language
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self driven and goal oriented personality
- Flexible and tactful person with strong customer orientation
- PC literacy (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Work experience in the customer care center is an advantage
