Your responsibilities:

• Passenger service at Self-Service Kiosks 
• Passenger and baggage check-in at check-in counters
• Overweight & service charges
• Travel document and identification checks
• Aircraft arrivals service
• Passenger escorts
• Gate exit coordination
• (Gate organisation / Announcements / Hand baggage check / Passenger boarding)

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma
• English degree at B2 level (First Certificate in English or equivalent)
• Second foreign language desirable
• Previous experience in a similar position or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with computers
