For our client KLEEMANN LIFTOVI d.o.o., member of the international KLEEMANN GROUP, one of the major lift companies in the European and global market, we are searching for the motivated candidates for the position of HR Generalist.
HR Generalist
Candidate profile:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in an organized HR Department
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office and 365 Office
- MSc in HR would be desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Trustworthy and discreet
Key responsibilities:
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all employees. Responsible for the implementation of employees’ policies and procedures
- Performs recruitment and selection processes including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews and candidate evaluations
- Conducts induction orientations
- Defines training and development needs in cooperation with heads of departments and general manager
- Administers the compensation program
- Performs benefits administration and communicates information on benefits to employees
- Administers performance and development procedures including employees’ performance appraisal and training
- Maintains records of time & attendance database
- Coordinates and administers employee satisfaction surveys on an annual basis
- Maintains compliance with state employment and benefits laws and regulations
