HR Payroll Administrator, Novi Sad

Your core responsibilities will be:
- Regular and timely collecting and updating the necessary data related to payroll
- Managing all payroll related data – working hours, allowances, sick leaves, overtime, time bank hours, holiday hours, night working hours
- Maintaining payroll operations by following required policies and procedures
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting KPI in HR
- Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring human resources legal requirements
- First point of contact for employees regarding payroll issues
- Providing administrative and organizational support to all HR processes and projects
Experience Required:
- University degree, preferably in field of economics, finance or business administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll in a company with 500+ employees
- Knowledge of Personal Income Tax Law and Labor Law
- Good knowledge of English language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel)
- Very good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
