Chief Financial Officer

Job description:

• Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company
• Involved in financial planning, budgeting, cash - flow, tax management and financial controlling
• Responsible for financial transactions, payments, financial analysis and reporting
• Oversee the approval and processing of revenue, expenditure, position control documents, department budgets, mass salary updates, ledger, account maintenance and data entry
• Responsible for managing and supervising the accounting, book keeping and administration office team.
• Cooperating with companies central office abroad as well as government authorities, financial inspectors and auditors in Serbia
• Making follow up of local as well as international law changes and implementing new law principles in the company.
• Financial consulting, statements and reporting

Requirements:

• University degree in economics - finance and accounting, business management or similar field. CPA is an asset
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience in similar working environment
• Experience in strategic planning and execution
• Ability to analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, statements and projections
• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating and change management
• Knowledge of IFRS and IAS would be an asset
• Good knowledge of English language
• Well developed management and leadership skills,
• Organized, communicative and team oriented
