We are looking for a person in the position of Industrialization Engineer as part of the Hutchinson internship program to become part of our team in Hutchinson (Ruma).

If you

• Have are a final year at the university of mechanical engineering (production machinery, mechanization and construction engineering, technical mechanics and design or similar); 
• Are familiar with LEAN 
• Have good knowledge of PFMEA
• Are familiar with APQP (Advanced product quality planning) / CPIP (Customer project implementation process)
• Would like to develop and project tools 
• Are familiar with BOM, Flow Chart, PPAP

What do we expect you to learn?

• Checking drawings and specifications of customers
• Analyzing potential risks and the possibility of producing new products
• Taking part in modifying current products
• Taking part in planning industrialization of new products
• Design and develop new tools, necessary for the production
• Creating simulators and calculate capacity
• Responsible for Flow Chart, PFMEA, PPAP, BOM
• Validation of process before serial production (IPR, R@R)
• Optimization of process
