Job Purpose:

Exela is seeking a highly talented, digitally experienced Inside Sales and Growth lead with enterprise or B2B technology marketing experience. In role will allow you to build, target, and manage digital sales funnels with a focus on full life cycle demand generation and sales revenue. Working with digital marketing and direct sales, this role will have a significant impact to stimulate and grow customer engagement and drive digital account management best practices and new revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with digital marketing and regional salespeople to support a connection in existing marketing campaigns to generate and further develop qualified leads
  • Use a variety of methods (email, phone, social media) to build engagement and follow-up to build the pipeline
  • End-to-end lead management (identifying, segmenting, targeting, assigning, optimizing and reporting for our key markets)
  • Account-based action plan - Identify long-tail opportunities and initiate direct sales activities for a dedicated set of accounts
  • Work with strategy and sales to set seamlessly integrated funnels focused on robust lead scoring nurturing system
  • Work with sales team across EMEA to build capability and proficiency with digital engagement tools
  • Be a key component in ensuring we have accurate data in our CRM to drive the strategy for our future growth
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analytics of marketing /sales lead engagements and results.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified
  • At least three years of recent experience in digital sales, inside sales, digital marketing and/or related agency experience
  • Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience preferably in the EMEA market
  • Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects, deliver activities and results while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
  • Understanding of B2B sophisticated acquisition marketing and sales cycles.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of the organization
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and work independently and as a part of diverse teams. Must be self-motivated and have the drive to work with a sense of ownership for the position and department
  • Ability to understand challenges, resolve problems promptly, and drive for results, demonstrating accuracy and thoroughness
  • Understanding of business implications of decisions; aligns work with strategic goals, contributes to profits and revenue; conserves organizational resources.
  • Expert knowledge of managing sales platforms such as Sales Navigator and Salesforce.
  • Substantial knowledge of marketing automation CRM tools such as Pardot.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Tech-savvy and English language proficiency. German/or French language will be considered as an advantage.

Your profile:

  • Background & experience: You are a deep Salesforce Sales Cloud expert with 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, including previous team lead experience
  • Entrepreneurship: You can apply data-driven approaches, own strong analytical abilities to understand reports, and you are able to derive even better results
  • Drive impact: You are a natural in implementing, challenging and documenting lead generating processes
  • Empiricism: You are an analyst that believes in data science through your strong Excel skills you adopt objectives and optimize operations.
