Insurance Technical Assistant

(full time trainee position)


Job Duties:

The successful candidates will be able to assist an Insurance Underwriter in identifying and measuring the risk associated with an activity, obtaining and processing information properly and in a timely manner. While being able to differentiate between important and irrelevant facts by investigating, analyzing, interpreting and processing information relevant to the potential risks, employees should retain absolute objectivity and diplomacy.

During the trial period chosen candidates will be trained, including but not limited to the Insurance textbook requirements. You will go through different levels of training, after each level you will be tested on your new acquired knowledge. Based on the test results we will decide on the candidates which ultimately will stay long-term in the company.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • No previous work experience necessary
  • Excellent in the English language and has thorough knowledge in speaking, reading and writing
  • Excellent knowledge in the use of current Windows Operating System and Office Package
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team-working skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Prepared to learn firsthand skills, new innovations and modern technologies
