Finance / Treasury Manager

Job description:

• Manage daily finance operations
• Responsible for forecasting and managing of cash flows
• Keep communication with headquarter on financial matters, report on cash position and ensure regular reconciliation of intercompany transactions
• Communication and coordination with banks
• Communication with foreign suppliers and customers and manage payments and collection of outstanding debt
• Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation
• Processing and controlling compliance of all finance policies and procedures

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics
• 3-5 years of experience at the similar position preferably in international company
• Strong knowledge of finance regulations
• Fluency in English language
• Strong computer skills

Finance Analyst / Management Accountant

Job description:

• Participating in budget preparation process
• Analyse and report on monthly results to headquarter and local management
• Control of costs per departments and report variances and recommend improvements
• Controlling the Integrated Management Accounting system
•  Coordinate the month-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting to the parent company
• Cooperation and coordination with  group reporting department
• Responsible for all other external reporting requirements i.e. stock exchange, auditors and other ad hoc internal or external reporting requests

Requirements:

• University degree in Economics
• 2-4 years of experience in similar position or audit preferably with international company
• Good knowledge of accounting and understanding of finance analysis
• Fluency in English language
• Strong computer and database skills
