Junior Bid / Account Manager

(two employees)

We seek a dynamic and passionate individual to fill the position of Bid/Account Manager.

You will be managing our accounts and generating new sales opportunities for IT Solutions and Services.

The successful candidate should have good grasp of technologies, and have excellent client management as well as partner/vendor management skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• You will building and maintaining relationships with the accounts
• This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to challenging deadlines. It will require strong people management skills, good technical knowhow in a dynamic sales environment
• Assist to resolve any customer complaints, billing / pricing inquiries and serve as a consultant to share industry -related information on any market trends or updates
• Develop and execute client relationship plan including account review, client satisfaction and retention measures including building and maintaining strong client interactions
• Develop and maintains all aspects of customer relationships, including frequent face to face monthly site visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, prior related work experience with at least 3-5 years in sales and/or marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have knowledge of IT
• Have good organizational skills
• Client management skills with sales/marketing experience acquired in a technical environment
• Ability to develop and implement an effective business plan that is designed to achieve sales goals
• Must be self-directed and self -motivated with a high bias for action
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willingness to travel as needed
