Requirements:

University Law degree
Serbian bar exam and lawyer exam
member of Bar Association
Working experience in a reputable law office
Proficiency in English
Good computer skills

Main responsibilities:

Drafting lease agreements
Drafting real estate transaction documents
Drafting construction agreements and related documents
Drafting corporate documents and commercial contracts
Representing the company before the Companies' Registry
Assisting the local Head of Legal and Legal Counsels with day-to-day legal activities
