Human Resources Administrator

Main responsibilities:

• Registering new employees with government institutions (Pension and Social Fund)
• Ensuring that organization and employee related records are accurate, accessible and secure and in compliance with relevant privacy regulations
• Managing Employee information, time and attendance
• Gathering data and participation in implementation of projects related with Employee Service activities
• Preparation of the reports in relation to the HR field (KPI tracking)
• Creating Purchase requisitions for HR/ADMIN

Profile:

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience on similar jobs
• A good knowledge of Serbian labour law
• Highly developed communication skills
• Attention to details and initiative
• Team player
• English knowledge (spoken and written)
• PC literacy
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
