Job description: 

Person is responsible for: providing effective and business focused administration service to HR, Managers and Employees in the area of HR; first point of contact for HR related, administration and queries and delivering high standards regarding time and quality of the delivered services.

• Manage the GE staff request process according to a SOP
• CV search via job boards & LinkedIn
• Assure administration on HR Portals. Provide recruitment KPI` to stakeholders
• Properly respond to all applications by mail/telephone
• Screen applicants by telephone in English
• Scheduling candidates with HR BP`s & Hiring manager(s) direct in agenda`s
• Perform Reference check (via mail/phone) and report out in a structured way
• General HR administration (HCMS, PDM, TMT, presentations)

Your skills and experience:

• Starter or 0-3 years of experience. Be part of “new online generation“
• Ideal Bachelor degree: Human Resources Management/Public relations/Communication/Journalism
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Knowledge of German language will be consider as an advantage
• Interest & ability to work with all social media platforms as well as internal and external job boards (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Monster, Stepstone). Keen to join/to learn other new social media platforms
• Creative in development of material to post on social media (audio, video, pictures...)
• Strong online network skills
• Extrovert – Hunter/Sales profile
• Ability to work autonomously
• Willing to learn the KN business & jobs content in order to perform a good search
• Willing to take up other HR administrative tasks in periods of low recruitment volume
