Responsibilities:

• Participating in all legal transactions of parent company and its subsidiaries;
• Monitoring  legal regulations in the domain of company’s business, conducting all necessary analisis and composing reports about them;
• Participating in providing legal advice, services and overall legal support;
• Participating in composing of contracts, legal acts etc... ;
• Making submissions; correspondence with courts and other state bodies; tasks of registration etc... ;
• Cooperation with state authorities and relevant institutions in order to obtain all necessary permits and opinions that are closely associated with the implementation of project;
• Other duties and tasks according to the needs of the employer;

General requirements:

• University degree, Faculty of Law;
• Minimum 2 years of experience on similar jobs;
• Experience in applications of the Planning and Construction Law;
• Advanced knowledge of English;
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially MS Excel and Power Point);
• Ability to solve problems in a pragmatic, solution – oriented way;
• Team – orientation, taking over responsibility and listen/respond to others;
• Passion for performance and the motivation to go the extra mile;
• Hands on approach and being ready to work long hours, if necessary;
