PrimeVigilance is continuing to expand and is looking for a:
Lawyer
that speaks excellent English to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization
Location: Belgrade, Serbia
Key Accountabilities:
- Providing legal support to management in making decisions that are in compliance with local regulations
- Legal support to other departments of the company – general affairs, finance, HR, Business development, Contract management etc.
- Advising company about various legal issues that might arise in everyday business operations
- Drafting bylaws and other internal acts ( corporate housekeeping )
- Assisting Data Protection department in handling GDPR and local data protection issues
- Assisting Regulatory affairs with legal issues related to the pharmacovigilance industry
- Communication with relevant local authorities
Qualifications and Skills:
- University degree, Faculty of Law
- 2 years of working experience in corporate law, labor law, contract law and knowledge of GDPR (personal data protection)
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- Knowledge of spoken and written English language - C1
- Discrete with handling confidential information
- Great communication skills
- Effective planning and work organization
- Motivated and dedicated
- Ability to work independently as well as to work effectively in an international matrix team and value the importance of teamwork
