Position Summary:

You will have various responsibilities related to the business and you will report to the management team. Main part of your work will be related to start-up of our office in Belgrade, as well as establishment of the Legalization and Civil Works procedures throughout the first projects in Serbia, always guided and supported by the Egnatia’s respective highly experienced team.

The best person for such position should be ready to learn, having positive and dynamic attitude towards the ongoing tasks and challenges and also looking forward growing and expanding his career in our company.

Your Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Dealing with administration tasks
• Drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; optimizing solutions
• Process and procedure definition of Company/Client’s activities
• Organizing and following up the Legalization/Civil Works project activities

Key Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

• University degree in engineering or Law 
• Appropriate Written and spoken English language
• Good computer skills including use of Word and Excel – AutoCAD will be an advantage
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative person, with ability and desire to undertake future tasks and eventual issues’ solutions 
• Team player, ready to share knowledge, concerns and support the team
• Goal driven and results oriented
