For our client, a leader that carries out an International project, we are searching for:

Long - Term Expertise

General Objective:

• To assist the Team with the implementation of project activities.

Profile of the Expert:

• University degree, preferably in Economics, or equivalent background
• Very good written and spoken English. Fluency in Serbian language is a strong assets
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, e-mail, internet)
• Good analytical, appraisal and planning skills
• Excellent facilitation, communication, drafting and reporting skills (oral and written)
• In possession of a valid driving license
• Two - three years of proven experience in Economics and financial management, rules of international donors Funds (WB - EU...). Experience in policy reforms is an asset
•  Ability to assist the Team in design and deliver trainings
• Previous experience in working in an international environment would be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of the Serbian economy (Macro - Economy)
• Two - three years experience of communicating socio - economic planning in private or public sector
• Experience in cultural change, flexibility and diplomacy are considered as strong asset
