Job Description:

Dispatcher:

As a Dispatcher at Mad Duck LLC, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the schedules of our service personnel. Your primary goal will be to ensure timely and efficient service delivery by effectively communicating with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service personnel to job sites based on customer requests, specifications, and needs.
• Monitor field staff to ensure timely completion of jobs and address any issues that arise.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on service status and handle any inquiries or complaints.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, personnel assignments, and job completions.
• Coordinate with management and other departments to optimize service routes and schedules.
• Use dispatch software and tools to track and manage service personnel.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Fluent English 
• Proven experience as a refrigerated freight dispatcher or in a similar role (dispatch-minimum 5 yrs, no experience for tracking)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of local geographical area and roadways.
