We are seeking for their start up business in Serbia:

System administrator and HelpDesk Support

Job Description:

• Responsible for System & maintenance, backup, security, software upgrades, documentation, capacity planning, and any other technical needs
  

Requirements:

• 4 years experience in Windows XP desktop management
  
• PC hardware trouble-shooting skills
  
• Service Oriented, strong customer service attitude
  
• Experience with MS Office/Open Office programs.(word, excel / writer, calc etc)
  
• Understanding of Windows Group Policy Objects
  
• Experience with utilities such as Sysprep, Ghost, Symantec anti-virus server/client
  
• Understanding of networking protocols including: DNS, DHCP, HTTP, FTP and SSH
  
• Knowledge in network services & networking equipment configuration
  
• Linux System Administration experience is a plus
  
• Knowledge and experience in the integration and maintenance of network services such as Apache web services, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, LDAP, Samba, MySQL, PostgreSQL, servers and firewalls is a plus
  
• Experience in writing shell and/or Perl scripts is a plus
  
• Knowledge in hardware: IBM, SUN, Nortel, etc is a plus
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  
• Excellent problem solving skills.
  
• Must be willing to work non-conventional hours according to support needs
