This is a unique opportunity to engage in exciting role in film Marketing. We are looking for a prolific and talented Marketing and Publicity Manager. The main responsibility is implementation of a campaign created by a studio and/or the filmmakers to convince the public that we have a 'must-see' movie. Once studio have identified the target audiences and potential revenue, the marketing campaign should reach target audiences before and during film releases. When the film opens, audiences’ interest should be at its peak. After release, the Marketing Manager needs to increase interest in the film with more promotion and troubleshoot any problems. As every film is different, every marketing campaign must also be unique. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the creation and planning of marketing campaigns for films
• Media buying across a variety of communication channels
• Liaising with the Distributor, film studios and filmmakers
• Implementation of marketing directives and sales strategy
• Preparing marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing required data
• In-theatre promotions for new movies launches and support on the existing ones
• Management of basic administrative tasks

Essential skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum 1-3+ years of proven working experience in this role
• Drive for results and leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of the full Marketing Mix
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
• Past experience building audiences either online or offline
• Past experience producing content for the social networks specifically (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating qualitative and quantitative data and campaign performance
• Advance knowledge of MS office
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
• Highly motivated to join a fast moving company within multicultural environment
• Fluent in English
