Your Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound leads and phone inquiries (no cold calls)
• Presenting services clearly and closing sales with confidence
• Updating customer information in our CRM system
• Following up with clients post-sale until the service is completed
• Maintaining a high standard of professional communication and service

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluent English speaker (written & spoken)
• Calm under pressure with a solution-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with basic computer tools and CRM systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• A self-starter with a positive, team-focused attitude
