position of:
HR Business Partner in Energy Block
Workplace in Novi Sad, Serbia
Duties and responsabilities:
- Handling organizational development
- Preparing and managing organizational changes in accordance with company policies
- Establishment of IMS in Block
- Implementing internal audits relating to IMS
- Managing employee development and training
- Developing employee relations
- Creating, systematically reviewing and updating HR procedures and policies
- Supporting Management in formulation of quarterly and annually defined personal targets and monitoring reward processes
- Documentation management support in Block
- Establishing Human Resources practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture, emphasizing development, excellence, and productivity
Primary
objectives:
- Developing a superior workforce
- Established system Management by objectives in Block
- Established IMS
- Managing performance quality and ensuring continuous improvement
- Ensuring ongoing personnel development
Required
Qualifications and experience:
- University degree
- Experienced in Microsoft tools
- Fluent knowledge of Serbian and English
- Work experience not less than 3 years as HR Manager in international company
